1. What is Ten Things I Love®?

Ten Things I Love® is an appreciation-based brand that helps you see the value in yourself, others, and life through curated journals, digital downloads, and heartfelt products. Whether you're celebrating your favorite quotes, your beloved pet, or life's simple pleasures, our products are designed to inspire gratitude and connection.


2. What types of products do you offer?

We offer:

  • Journals and sketchbooks for reflective writing and creativity
  • Digital downloads (lists, templates, art prints, etc.)
  • Print-on-demand products like t-shirts, mugs, wall art, and tote bags
  • Custom inspirational products and creative content (coming soon!)

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most physical products ship within 3–7 business days, depending on whether they are in-stock or made-to-order. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase.


4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to the U.S. and Canada only. We hope to expand to other countries in the future!


5. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns for unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Digital products, custom pieces, and made-to-order items (like apparel and mugs) are non-refundable. For full details, see our Refund Policy.


6. What if my item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with my order?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.


7. Can I share your quotes or prompts on social media?

Yes, with proper credit! Please tag us at @tenthingsilove and link to our website when sharing. Do not alter the content or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.


8. Are your products copyrighted?

Yes. All original content such as poems, quotes, prompts, product designs, are protected under copyright and may not be reproduced, sold, or modified without permission. For more, see our Copyright Notice.


9. Do you offer wholesale or licensing opportunities?
