Shipping Policy

At Ten Things I Love®, we’re honored to ship products that inspire appreciation, connection, and joy. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Processing Times
Print-on-Demand Items (e.g. t-shirts, mugs, art prints):
• Typically ship within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
Journals and Paper Goods:
• In-stock journals ship within 2–4 business days.
• Made-to-order or specialty items may take up to 7 business days.
Digital Downloads:
• Instant delivery via email or download link after purchase—no physical shipping involved.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, item weight, and shipping method. We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days (if available)
- Canada Shipping: 7–14 business days
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within the U.S. on qualifying orders.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
If you don’t see tracking info within 5 days of purchase, contact us at [Insert Email].
4. Delivery Delays
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order leaves our facility or print partner, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo (for damaged items)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the problem, including filing a claim or sending a replacement when appropriate.
