Refund Policy

At Ten Things I Love®, every item is thoughtfully designed to help you see and celebrate the things that matter most. Because many of our products are made-to-order or digital in nature, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened journals or notebooks
  • Sale or clearance items

Once a digital product has been delivered, we are unable to issue a refund due to the nature of the product.


2. Print-on-Demand Products

Items like t-shirts, mugs, and art prints are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes.

However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll work with our print partner to send a replacement at no extra charge.


3. Physical Products (Non-Custom)

We accept returns for unused, unopened, non-personalized physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must contact us first to request return authorization

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipping.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.


6. How to Start a Return

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us at:

We’ll guide you through the process and let you know if your item is eligible.


7. Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank
